How I Test Products

Every supplement on this site has been used under real conditions for at least 45 days. Real conditions: a 58-year-old retired coach in Phoenix with osteoarthritis, morning stiffness logged daily before getting out of bed, the same three-step stairs test every morning, and Belle, my Labrador, who has a tennis ball and does not accept explanations. I note the daily temperature because Phoenix summers affect my joint inflammation baseline and I want to account for that in the data. I started the notebook in June 2023 and have not missed a daily entry. Three supplements showed nothing useful at 45 days. Those reviews say so. For supplements that showed a trend, I explain when it started, how consistent it was, and whether it held past the initial period.
